As an experienced skipper, Carsten Leutloff guides his employees calmly and confidently through the rough seas of daily business. The graduate electrical engineer expanded his knowledge through various engineering and management positions in the automation, military and automotive industries. 2010 he became managing partner of LGT Institute GmbH. In addition, he represents the interests of the ophthalmic optics industry in the German Industry Association for Optics Spectaris, as well as in the European association EUROM 1. He is a member of various DIN, CEN and ISO standardization committees. On the fairway the passionate golfer unwinds from his work-intensive everyday life.
